Very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of commissioning an eternity ring. Absolutely love it. Highly recommend this shop. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars was curt, almost rude, response to a phone call checking up on expected collection date. Having worn my engagement ring every day for the last 50 years, you can imagine it had become quite fragile.  I was in danger of losing the sapphires and the shank had almost worn away.

I have just collected it from the shop where Keith has replaced the whole of the mount and repaired the shank.  It has been cleaned and polished and it looks as bright and sparkly as the day my husband gave it to me.  It looks so beautiful again and I am really grateful to Keith and Lisa  for their sympathetic approach, the care they have taken and the quality of workmanship in the repair. My engagement ring was stolen after 30 years of wear. I searched for months but couldn’t find anything else like it and couldn’t bear to get another. I was very sad about it. 5 years went by. I dropped into Deavesons to have my wedding ring made bigger. Suddenly Keith said if I could remember what it looked like and draw a picture- he could make it. Today I got my ring back. This small family run business is such a gem, we have purchased our wedding bands & my eternity ring from them and the quality is amazing, customer service is brilliant 👏  Keith was so accommodating to our needs. Had my fiancée’s engagement ring re-sized here. Was sorted within a few days and was reasonably priced. However, when we got it back it was still a little too large.
Went back in to the shop; Keith was very helpful and re-sized the ring again that same morning.
